Age checks

Member access requires a valid AgeVerif result saved to your account. Your result is reused across sign-ins until the provider expiry; a new check is required after expiry or when a higher assurance level is needed. Facial estimation can reject an adult and the configured method is unavailable in Italy. Contact support if you cannot use it. An unsuccessful check does not unlock member content; account management, support and cancellation remain available.

Eligibility

Nocturnal Pass is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 or older. Under-18s must not enter the community, register, upload content, buy member access or use member functions. Do not help a minor access the service or misrepresent your age. Suspected underage accounts may be restricted pending review. The current entry and registration checks ask you to declare that you are an adult; a verification badge does not prove age. Keep your login and recovery code private. Information you provide must be accurate enough to support community safety and account moderation.

Community conduct

Consent, privacy and respectful conduct are required. Illegal content, child sexual exploitation or grooming, non-consensual intimate imagery, unsolicited sexual imagery, exploitation, incitement of terrorism or violence, and content encouraging suicide, serious self-harm, eating disorders or dangerous substance use are prohibited. No harassment, threats, impersonation, discrimination, stalking, coercion, scams, sharing private information, or attempts to evade a block or suspension.

Photos and videos

All media uploads are governed by the Media & Consent Rules. You are responsible for having the rights and consent needed for every file and every identifiable adult shown. All new photos and videos require review before publication. Post and album media without a recorded approval, including older uploads, are withheld from other members pending review. Explicit sexual content is not allowed.

Verification

The verification badge records a visual match between the submitted profile photo and private challenge selfie. It is not an identity, background or legal age guarantee. Verification evidence is private and may be removed after review.

Public text and reports

Public web publication of member posts is paused pending a safety review; existing posts remain accessible to admitted members according to the community controls. Posts and direct messages are not all checked before another member may see them. Report suspected underage accounts, illegal or harmful content, or a moderation decision through the member report and support tools, or email info.nocturnalpass@gmail.com. Include the relevant link or account name, but do not send illegal imagery in email.

Membership and limits

Free accounts have usage limits shown before or when a limit is reached. Paid features, price and billing period are displayed before checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not erase content already shared.

Cancellation and refunds

For a new monthly Supporters or Lifetime membership, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days after the contract is made and request a full refund, including if you have already used the community tools. Email info.nocturnalpass@gmail.com with your account email, purchase date and payment reference. You can use our cancellation form, but it is not required. We refund through the original payment method within 14 days after receiving your cancellation request. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

To stop future monthly renewals, use the cancellation control in Your account or contact support. Cancellation of renewal keeps access until the end of the paid period. A request for a refund is separate from stopping renewal. Once a purchase is refunded in full, the related paid access ends. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Tickets for leisure events on a specified date generally do not have the same 14-day change-of-mind right. Review the event's organiser, date, admission and refund conditions before payment. Statutory rights remain applicable, including where an event is cancelled or the service is not supplied as agreed.

Lifetime Pass

The Lifetime Pass is a single payment for Supporters access on one personal Nocturnal Pass account, with no scheduled expiry or recurring charge, for as long as the Nocturnal Pass service operates. Its price and included benefits are displayed before checkout. It is not a promise that the service will operate forever or that every future paid feature is included.

Event tickets, credits, paid games, Influencer subscriptions, profile promotions and custom profile requests are separate. Community rules, moderation and content permissions continue to apply. Closing your account ends access. A fully refunded Lifetime payment does not retain Lifetime access. Contact support for purchase or refund questions.

If you have a recurring Supporters plan, cancel its renewal before buying Lifetime. Unused paid time is not automatically deducted from the Lifetime price.

Current paid features

Supporters purchases cover community tools only: unlimited swipes, private messages and comments, up to 20 saved profiles and detailed discovery filters. Creator content and paid video access are not included. New creator purchases remain suspended. Credit packs can be purchased separately when Square checkout is available. School lessons remain free. Event tickets are purchased separately under their event terms.

Existing credits and games

Credit packs are one-off purchases, with the full GBP price shown before payment. Credits are delivered only after Square confirms payment. By requesting immediate delivery you acknowledge the loss of the cancellation right once digital delivery begins; statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed services remain.

New online games cost 5 credits for both players and the complete selected game. The inviter pays once when the invitation is accepted. Unaccepted invitations are free. Leaving an accepted game does not automatically refund the price. If a technical fault prevents play, contact support for review and restoration of the affected credits.

Profile boosts cost 50 credits and community media boosts cost 20 credits, each for 24 hours. Boosts are marked and do not guarantee views, matches or replies. Blind Date reveals partner-profile links only when both players independently choose to reveal; it does not book an appointment or create a relationship. Credits have no cash-redemption value. Provider-confirmed refunds remove the corresponding credits; if already spent, your balance may become negative and further paid use is blocked until resolved. Prices and rules shown before purchase apply to that purchase.

Events

Event admission, venue rules, ticket conditions and refund terms shown for a specific event also apply. A community account or verification badge does not guarantee event admission.

Moderation and removal

Nocturnal may restrict, hide or remove accounts or content to enforce these terms, respond to reports, protect users or comply with law. Members can report content and contact support for review.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give Nocturnal the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to the audience you chose and to moderate it. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to backup, safety and legal retention needs.

Service availability

The service may change or be interrupted. Features shown as unavailable, preview or coming soon are not a promise of a launch date.
