Nocturnal creator club
The Miss M club uses your existing Nocturnal account. Your club comments, saved posts, follows, messages and account-linked enquiries are stored to provide these features. Private conversations and enquiries are available only to you and Miss M’s authorised club managers. Creator permissions do not grant access to other Nocturnal accounts or platform settings. You can download your club data from My account; closing your Nocturnal account removes account-linked club records. Anonymous enquiries can be accessed in the browser used to submit them through a private receipt cookie, which expires after 90 days. Contact bookings@missmdot.com to request removal of an anonymous enquiry. New creator media is held for platform review before it is shown to other visitors. Paid creator access is currently closed.
Browsing and enquiries
You can browse these pages without entering a name or email address. If you contact MISS M by email or WhatsApp, or request a booking, you choose which details to send. These may include your name, contact details, preferred time, requested experience and message. Submitting the booking form stores these details in a private request inbox accessible to the site owner. They are used to review and respond to your enquiry. A reference number confirms receipt; your booking is pending until Miss M accepts or declines it. Booking forms require a mobile number with its country code and permission to send booking updates. This permission is separate from optional marketing consent.
Booking notifications
When the WhatsApp connection is activated, Twilio and WhatsApp (Meta) deliver the booking request to Miss M’s authorised phone. The alert includes the customer’s name and phone number, appointment type, duration and preferred time. When email notifications are connected, the same booking details are sent through the email provider Resend to the designated booking recipient. Free-text notes remain in the private inbox. Miss M contacts the customer directly to confirm availability and arrangements; the website does not send automatic acceptance or rejection messages to customers. If a notification cannot be sent, the request remains in the private inbox for personal follow-up.
Updates are your choice
The updates form records your email and explicit permission as a request for Miss M to review. It does not confirm an active mailing subscription. You can ask to stop receiving updates at any time by writing to bookings@missmdot.com.
Earlier registrations
If you previously registered through the MISS M visitor form, your supplied name, email, privacy acknowledgement and separate marketing choice may remain in the original website database. That form no longer controls access to these pages. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of those details by email.
Public photographs and third-party contacts
The gallery images shown here are public. Browsing does not grant permission to reuse them, but a public image can still be saved or captured by a visitor. No private request details appear in the gallery. WhatsApp and email follow-ups are optional and use those providers; their privacy terms apply. Miss M pages are excluded from Nocturnal visitor measurement.
Retention and deletion
Booking and updates requests in this website inbox are deleted after 90 days when the request service is used. The owner can delete a request earlier on request. Please provide your reference and contact details so the owner can verify the request before disclosing or deleting information. Website notification records are removed with the request. Messages already sent, including WhatsApp and messaging provider records and copies on recipients’ phones, must be handled separately.
Sensitive information
The form asks for explicit consent to process sensitive details you choose to provide solely to handle your request. Include only information needed for the enquiry; do not send identity documents, payment card details or unrelated medical information. You can withdraw consent by contacting the site operator.
Storage and sharing
Website data is processed by the hosting provider to operate and secure the site. Enquiry details are not published in profiles or sold. Information is kept as needed to handle enquiries, earlier registrations and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, or withdraw marketing permission, by emailing bookings@missmdot.com. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
